– You can check the status of your order at any time in My Account online.
– Each parcel is prepared by hand and rigorously checked.
– You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.
– If you have any special requirements (delivery by a carrier of your choice, special packaging, gifts, etc.), please contact us before placing your order.
Orders shipped by La Poste are processed the same day when placed before 12:00 noon.
Orders shipped by Chronopost are processed the same day when placed before 2:30 p.m.
Orders containing custom-made cables or pigtails, or antennas with a choice of cable and connector, are dispatched the same day whenever possible but may be delayed by 24 hours depending on the workshop workload.
Parcel packaging: we reuse all boxes that are in good condition. Approximately 20% of our shipments are sent in reused boxes. Damaged boxes are processed by a cushioning machine and reused as packing material.
